BEDFORDVIEW STAKE MIDYEAR CONVENTION JULY 16, 2016

Ian Fourie and Helen Rwada from Germiston,
Seminary and Institute teachers respectively take
their refreshments out in the sun.

Sidwell Yangaphi, Branch President and excellent Institute
teacher; Sindy Radley, RS President and wonderful Seminary
teacher (with quite a story), both from Alexandra Branch.
Standing is Tamarin Youlton, Institute teacher, whose family
is moving to South Jordan in a few months!

President Vetton of Bedfordview Stake Presidency and
Kenneth Dlada, Seminary in township in Germiston, and
counselor in Germiston Ward bishopric.

Ferne Goodchild, (woman of faith with an amazing story.) She
teaches seminary from her convalescent home in Orange Grove Ward.

Helen Rwada and me in our "animal prints."
It was so cold in the chapel that I almost had to
present in my jacket. I definitely wore it the rest
of the time when I wasn't presenting!

THE TIME IS JUST SLIPPING AWAY...THIS IS A TRUE "HAPPY/SAD" SITUATION

FAMILY HOME EVENING WITH

OUR DEAR FRIENDS THE

TSHABALALA FAMILY

How can all of these little ones be so cute and have such
beautiful smiles?
Dominic with his mother and family, myself and Sis Lombardi.

Tshabalala family with  and Elder Warr and
 Lombardis, another missionary couple.

SUPER SATURDAY AT JOHANNESBURG

A definite goal: enhanced friendships.

"Balloon towers" has been a very popular activity whenever we have
helped with youth experiences both here and at home!
Each group of 4-6 is given a bag with balloons and
masking tape and builds the highest free standing balloon tower
15-20 minutes.

The girl in the white hat is Danielle VanTonder, daughter of
our landlords.

All of those balloons to pop!

The "lineup" to organize teams.

We just cannot keep Elder Warr out of a game of netball,
or basketball as we call it in the US. His excuse this time
was that the girls' team needed help....right!
